Laura Harvey has heaped praise on Kim Little after the Scottish international’s influential display in Arsenal’s 11th FA Cup triumph on Saturday.

Little opened the scoring against Bristol Academy with a fine solo effort, was a constant livewire as the Gunners ran out comfortable 2-0 winners at the Ricoh Arena and was later voted Women of the Match.

“Her goal sums her up. Kim is talented, she is world class,” said the Arsenal Ladies manager.

“Some of the football she can play is frightening. I think that is summed up by the way she took her goal.

“She has had a tough season [and] it’s been hard for her but she is hitting form right when we want her to hit form.”
