On Arsenal's performance...
"Well, I felt that we started strong and
creative. We were quite alert with the desire to play well and then
slowly we went downhill. Progressively and slowly, but seriously.
And in the second half you could see that our level had dropped in
a consistent way until we got a kick - well, you know. Then
at 1-1 we responded again and scored two quick goals. We had
the resources but we lacked the edge. During the game that means we
played well in patches but on a consistent level."
On some of the decisions...
"The linesman had some surprising change of
opinions. He went from the offside to corners, from free-kicks to
goals. I don't know why. It didn't look really suspicious
to me, I didn't see an obvious foul, I'll have to watch the
video again."
On next week's Chelsea clash...
"There will of course be more at stake,
prestige-wise. It is as well a good game to play in because we have
a good opportunity to be strong and prepare for next season, [to
show] they can fight with Chelsea and Man United who are quite far
ahead of us this season."
On appointing a director of football...
"I am not in a hurry now to do it but I will
maybe meet a few people and make a decision in the
summer."
On the Arsenal Ladies lifting the UEFA Cup...
"It's a fantastic achievement, they
dominated so much English football. I'm very happy because they
always play good football and they've always been a bit unlucky
in Europe. To have achieved that is fantastic, I'm very happy
and congratulate them very much. Maybe I will make them play
against Chelsea next week!"
