1. Coquelin and Ramsey compete

Stuart says: “This was probably my best action picture of the season as both players are off the ground with their eyes on the ball. It really shows the great athleticism of the players.”

2. Alexis leads the celebrations

Stuart says: “This picture shows Alexis’ emotion after his goal against Borussia Dortmund. The slight mist under Emirates Stadium’s floodlights really makes him stand out as well.”

3. Ozil readies himself

Stuart says: “There was a wonderful light over Emirates Stadium as Mesut Ozil collected his thoughts before kick-off. The picture is taken on a 15mm fish-eye lens which exaggerates the shadows and the shape of the stadium.”

4. Behind-the-scenes celebrations

Stuart says: “It was great to be able to go behind the scenes and celebrate the club’s 12th FA Cup with the players in the changing rooms at Wembley Stadium. The fans get to see all of the on-pitch celebrations but they don’t usually get the chance to see anything behind closed doors. I like to think that with this picture we’ve given them access that they would never normally get.”

5. Breakfast of champions

Stuart says: “I really like this one because it’s the morning after the night before and it was great to see Theo just relaxing before the parade through the streets of Islington. After the final I tried to take pictures that people wouldn’t have seen before, rather than just the bog-standard action shots, and I think that was the case here.”
