Can I visit Arsenal Mobile on my phone?
Yes, in the UK you can visit wap.arsenalmobile.com, or text ARSENAL MOBILE to 83202 and we'll send you a free link to the site. Standard WAP charges apply.

Are text alerts available in my country?
Arsenal Mobile provides alerts to the UK only. For official overseas alerts see your local operator.

I am receiving Arsenal text alerts which I did not ask for!
Please contact Customer Support on 0870 750 7830. They will be able to tell you if you are subscribed to an official alerts service or not. Please remember - there are many unofficial Arsenal services.

How do I stop my text alerts?
To unsubscribe at any time text ALERT * OFF to 83202 (replace * with MATCH, MATCH EXTRA, NEWS, UNLIMITED, RED or SILVER). If you are unsure, text STOP to 83202 (this may take up to 7 days).

I received an unsubscribe message, but my phone is still receiving alerts!
Anybody can receive an unsubscribe message, the important thing is to unsubscribe from the service you are signed up to. If you are still receiving messages after you have unsubscribed contact the Customer Support on 0870 750 7830.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The Arsenal Mobile mobile internet site at http://wap.arsenal.com (“the Site”) and the Arsenal official text alerts (“the Scheme”) are promoted and operated by InfoMedia Services Limited ("the Company") of 7 Premier Court, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6LF, United Kingdom, on behalf of Arsenal Football Club.

1.2 The Site and Scheme are available to UK residents across all UK airtime operators and networks.

1.3 By accessing the Site or joining the Scheme, you shall be deemed to have accepted this legal notice (the “Terms”) in full. If you do not accept the Terms, you must leave the Site and, if necessary, follow the instructions to unsubscribe from the Scheme immediately.

1.4 The Company may revise the Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should check for the Terms on the Site from time to time to review the Terms because they are binding on you.

2. Use of the Scheme

2.1 Subscription to the Scheme at a cost of 25p per message entitles you to a number of different benefits, products and services ("Services") that will be launched from time to time and will be detailed on this Site. The Company reserves the right to alter the Services from time to time without notice.

2.2 Access to the Services will only be provided to the mobile phone and mobile phone number used at the point of registration. In the event that you wish to change your mobile handset or require your subscription to be transferred then you must contact the Arsenal Mobile helpdesk on 0870 750 7830.

2.3 The Scheme is a subscription service that will debit the relevant charge from your mobile phone bill or pre-pay allowance upon delivery of each message. All charges are inclusive of VAT. The charges will either appear on your next mobile phone bill or deducted from your calling credit if you have a prepay phone or invoiced directly to you if your mobile phone has been disconnected for any reason.

2.4 In the event that we fail to successfully debit the appropriate charge from your mobile phone bill we reserve the right to suspend access to the Scheme until the charge is successfully debited. In the event that a charge is not successfully debited, though access to the service is not suspended, we reserve the right to debit any outstanding balance from your mobile phone account that is in arrears for a period of six months after the date when the charge was declined.

2.5 We reserve the right to change the charges payable for the Scheme upon reasonable notice.

3. Service Access

3.1 To access the Site and/or the Services, you must have a mobile phone that is capable of receiving text messages and/or the mobile internet and off-network portal sites. You must be the owner or legitimate user of the mobile phone used to access the Services and you must be authorised to incur charges on that mobile phone. The General Terms and Conditions of your network airtime service (or those of your service provider) and any other network prepay service (as appropriate) shall also apply when using the Services. To the extent of any conflict, these Terms shall apply. You must not use the services other than for your own personal private use or in any unauthorised way or modify, copy, sell or use the Services for free (or try to do any of these things) unless permitted by the Company.

3.2 While the Company endeavours to ensure that the Site and the Services are available 24 hours a day, the Company will not be liable if for any reason they are is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3.3 Content or downloaded material may sometimes not be received immediately. Please allow 24 hours for delivery.

3.4 Access to the Arsenal Wapsite may be suspended temporarily or withdrawn without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company's control.

3.5 You can terminate your subscription to the Scheme at any time by replying STOP to the number used to send you any messages under the Scheme. Access to the Services will immediately be terminated on receipt of a valid unsubscribe notification. No benefits or services shall extend past termination and the user agrees that it may make no claim on the Company for benefits or services it received within the Scheme following termination.

3.6 You agree to refrain from using the Services for the purpose of violating any applicable laws, rules or regulations issued or promoted by any competent government authority, including without limitation any intellectual property laws or export control laws restricting the transfer of certain technical data and software across international borders or to foreign nationals or to violate or attempt to violate the security of any network, service or other system.

3.7 If you have any enquiries or problems concerning the Site or the Scheme, please contact customer support on 0870 750 7888 from your UK mobile phone (charged at your telephone provider's national rate or international rate if outside the UK).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 No part of the Services may be reproduced or stored in any other electronic site or service or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without the Company's prior written permission.

5. Limitations

5.1 Although every effort has been made to provide accurate information, subject to clause.

5.2 Neither the Company, or any of its employees or suppliers make any warranty, expressed or implied, or assume any legal liability (to the extent permitted by law) or responsibility for the suitability, reliability, timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the Services or any part thereof. In no event shall Arsenal Mobile or any of the other parties involved in the provision of the Services be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the provision of the Services. You recognise that the Services may, from time to time, be adversely affected by events outside our control. You acknowledge that the content, performance, message and data transmission is subject to the enabling technology on which it is based and may be adversely affected by network performance and other operational factors beyond our control, including, without limitation, congestion, network coverage, dropped connection, network billing mechanisms, the performance of wireless enabled devices and the maintenance of a secure network connection.

6. Additional Terms

6.1 If any of these Terms are determined to be illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be determined to have been deleted without affecting the remaining provisions of the Terms.

6.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, save that nothing in these Terms shall prevent or restrict MUI from commencing proceedings in any other jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

7. Personal Information

7.1 By submitting this application for membership of the Service you expressly consent that the Arsenal FC Group (being all companies with the Arsenal name) & Arsenal Commercial Partners (as both may change over time) may share & use your personal information (a) to provide products & services you request, (b) for consumer profiling & market research and (c) to contact you by post, phone or electronically (including via email and text) about Arsenal related products, services, offers and events unless you amend your subscription via the sign up page or by texting X to 83202 to opt out of all marketing communication.

7.2 If you wish to unsubscribe from the Mobile Membership service text STOP to 83202.
