Disabled Supporters Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011/2012
The Disability Liaison Team (DLT) would like to thank all those disabled supporters who recently completed and returned the Disabled Supporters Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011/2012. The results of the survey are currently being analysed by the DLT and the findings will be used to further improve our services for disabled supporters over the coming months.

Ten supporters, who responded to the survey were lucky enough to be drawn out the hat and were invited to the training ground on Wednesday 2nd May where they saw the first team squad train in preparation for the Norwich City game. They were also able to look around the training ground complex, enjoy a buffet lunch ,and meet a number of the first team squad.

Introduction
Facilities for disabled supporters at the new Emirates Stadium include places for up to 241 wheelchair users on platforms located throughout the ground. There are also a further 98 places available for both visually impaired and ambulant disabled supporters again, situated in a variety of positions around the ground.

While the majority of places will be taken up by season ticket holders, a number will be kept for home match ticket holders and away supporters.

Registration of Credit/Debit card service 2011/ 2012
Registered Disabled Supporters (Gold or Purple Members) can register a debit or credit card number with the Disability Liaison Team. By doing so, supporters will again be able to submit their match ticket booking forms by email because; in the payment section they will only need to include the last four digits of their registered credit/debit card along with the CV2 number. Click here to download a debit/credit card registration form. Please note completed registration forms must be returned by post or faxed to 020 7704 4161.

If you will still be using the same debit/credit card that you registered last season there is no need to re-register for 2011/2012.

Registered Disabled Supporters Scheme (Purple Membership) 2011/2012 Season
The Registered Disabled Supporters (Purple Membership) scheme is now closed for new applications for the 2011/2012 season. The scheme will open again for the 2012/2013 season from Monday 2nd July 2012.

Disabled Supporters Ticket Exchange (TX)
Ticket Exchange works in the following way: Registered Disabled Season ticket holders, (Gold Members) who find that they are unable to attend a game, may email their details to disabilitytickets@arsenal.co.uk, with Ticket Exchange in the subject heading, or telephone the Disability Liaison Team on  020 7619 5050 and post their tickets for sale to Registered disabled supporters - Purple Members (subject to restrictions).

Registered disabled supporters - Purple Members looking for tickets may register an interest by completing the Ticket Exchange – Buy form. Importantly, the exchange will only come into operation on matches that have sold out. If submitting the form by email to disabilitytickets@arsenal.co.uk, supporters must ensure that Ticket Exchange Buy and the game concerned are in the subject heading.

Season Ticket holders who successfully sell their seat will have their membership card deactivated for that match. The value of all ticket(s) sold will be held in an account until the end of the season: this will be deducted from the following season’s membership fee (Season Ticket renewal). Only upon completion of each successful Ticket Exchange transaction is the seller’s membership card automatically deactivated which then activates the purchaser’s membership card.

We are unable to guarantee that seats that have been offered for sale will be sold. The seller of the ticket will be charged a nominal administration fee of approximately 10% which will fund the development and operation of the Ticket Exchange. The seller will therefore receive approximately 90% of the paid ticket value.

Ticket Exchange Buy and Ticket Exchange Sell forms can be found beneath all games marked Sold Out - TX.
