Buyers Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - Visit the Online Box Office, enter your membership number and password and click on the Ticket Exchange option. If you have forgotten your password click the Forgotten Password link and the password will be emailed to you.
Step 2 - You will now enter the Ticket Hub which will show the matches on sale via Ticket Exchange - select your desired match.
Step 3 - Below the Emirates Stadium seat finder, you will see the Ticket Exchange section - click here to check availability. Any tickets posted for sale by season ticket holders will be listed in this section.
Step 4 - Once you have selected your seat, click Checkout to proceed to the payment page. Please enter your credit card details and accept the Terms & Conditions of this purchase. Finally, to complete the transaction, click the Purchase button.
Step 5 - Your registered email address will shortly receive an email confirming your transaction including seat details & your membership card will be activated for that fixture.
