GENERAL ADMISSION SEASON TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEASON 2012-2013
1. These Conditions
1.1. The issue of a Season Ticket and subsequent access to the Emirates Stadium is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
1.2. Season Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for a Season Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club.
1.3. If the Conditions are not acceptable to the Ticket Holder, the Season Ticket should be returned to the Club immediately. The use of the Season Ticket to gain entry to the Emirates Stadium for any Match shall constitute the Ticket Holder’s acceptance of these Conditions.
1.4. The Club is licensing you to use the Season Ticket as selling agent for, and on behalf of, ASMCL. As a result, ASMCL will have all of the rights and obligations of the Club under these Conditions and your rights and obligations under these Conditions shall lie against ASMCL only.
1.5. The Season Ticket remains the property of the Club at all times. The Season Ticket may be cancelled in whole or in part by the Club at any time without assigning any reason. A proportionate refund will in certain circumstances, and save as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Entry, be given to the Ticket Holder in the event of any such cancellation.
1.6. In the event of any Season Tickets issued under these Conditions becoming lost or stolen the Ticket Holder must inform the Club immediately. In addition, if any such Season Tickets are stolen, the Ticket Holder must also inform the police immediately.
These Conditions apply for the Season only and accordingly, unless terminated earlier in accordance with their terms, will terminate at the end of the Season.
If at the end of the Season, you wish to renew the Season Ticket but change the relevant seat at the Emirates Stadium to which it relates, then, although we believe that the renewal rate will be extremely high, there is a process for Ticket Holders wishing to request a seat move to do so. The number of such moves that the Club can accommodate is subject to the number of Ticket Holders who do not renew their Season Ticket for the following season in accordance with the process set out by the Club and is generally quite low. 4. Use of the Emirates Stadium
Save as required pursuant to paragraph 9, where the User uses the Season Ticket to gain admission to the Emirates Stadium the User must occupy the seat allocated by the Season Ticket.
4.2 The Season Ticket is issued subject to such rules and regulations as may be applicable to, or made by, the Club from time to time, including:
(A) the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, the Premier League and The Football League. Any changes to such rules and regulations will be notified to the Ticket Holder either through the respective organisation’s website, or by being put on display at the Emirates Stadium and on the Website; and
(B) the ground regulations issued by the Club and which are on display at the Emirates Stadium and on the Website. Any changes to such ground regulations will be notified to the Ticket Holder by being put on display at the Emirates Stadium and on the Website.
4.3 The Season Ticket shall only entitle the User to gain admission to the Emirates Stadium after it has been validated by the control readers located at the appropriate turnstiles. The Emirates Stadium access steward(s) have strict instructions to, and will, refuse admission to any person in the event that such person’s Season Ticket is not so validated by such control readers.
4.4 The Season Ticket shall admit the Ticket Holder to the following matches played by the Club’s men’s first team during the Season at the Emirates Stadium:
(A) the nineteen home matches in the Premier League; and
(B) the first seven Relevant Cup Matches played during the Season.
If, for any reason, it is decided that any of the Club’s nineteen home matches in the Premier League Championship during the Season or any of the seven Relevant Cup Matches referred to above is to be played at another stadium, then one alternative ticket will be issued to the Ticket Holder in respect of that match. Any such tickets will be either sent electronically or by post by the Club to the Ticket Holder at the registered email or home Address, at the risk of the Ticket Holder.
4.5 The Season Ticket must be used if the User wishes to gain access to the Emirates Stadium for any Relevant Cup Match, save that it may not be valid for any UEFA Competition fixture. The Club will notify the Ticket Holder in advance of any such fixture (such notification may only be the posting of details on the Website so the User is advised to check the Website regularly for relevant information) as to:
(A) whether the Season Ticket will be valid for each home UEFA Competition fixture which constitutes one of the seven Relevant Cup Matches referred to in paragraph 4.4(B); or
(B) whether the Club will send a replacement card or ticket to the Ticket Holder at the Address, at the risk of the Ticket Holder, for each home UEFA Competition fixture which constitutes one of the seven Relevant Cup Matches referred to in paragraph 4.4(B).
4.6 No refunds shall be paid in respect of any matches which the Season Ticket entitled the User to attend but which the User did not attend, save that if the Club’s first men’s team plays fewer than seven (7) Relevant Cup Matches during the Season, the Ticket Holder will be entitled to an appropriate refund as determined by the Club in its discretion. The form and timing of such refund shall be determined by the Club and will be provided to the Ticket Holder either:
(A) by way of deduction from the cost of the Season Ticket for the 2013-2014 season purchased by the Ticket Holder; or
(B) by way of refund, paid in such manner as the Club may determine, after 1st June 2013.
4.7 In the event that the Club’s first men’s team plays more than seven (7) Relevant Cup Matches during the Season, the Club will provide information regarding the availability of tickets for such additional Relevant Cup Matches through the Club’s box office on request and on the Website (as well as information on where entry to the Emirates Stadium for such matches can be obtained by the use of the Season Ticket). The cost of the additional tickets for any such matches shall be payable by the Ticket Holder. The form and timing of such payment shall be determined by the Club and will be made either:
(A) by way of an addition to the price of the Season Ticket for the 2013-2014 season purchased by the Ticket Holder; or
(B) by not later than 1st June 2013, in such manner as the Club shall determine and notify to the Ticket Holder,
or in any other way as the Club may instruct the Ticket Holder.
4.8 All persons (including children) must have a valid card or ticket when entering the Emirates Stadium. The Club will not allow children (or any other person) to be carried through the turnstiles without a valid card or ticket for the relevant match.
4.9 Without prejudice to paragraph 1.2 above, and in light of the Season Ticket Holders being grouped together in designated areas, any attempt to gain access to the Ground wearing or carrying apparel (including, without limitation, hats and/or scarves) that demonstrate support for the Visiting Club, may result in admission being refused or you being ejected from the Ground and in such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered.
4.10 The Season Ticket must be available for inspection and produced by the User on demand by any official, steward or security staff of the Club at all times where the Season Ticket has been used to gain admission to the Emirates Stadium.
4.11 The Season Ticket shall not entitle the Ticket Holder to reserve the same, or any other, seat at the Emirates Stadium for any subsequent season.
4.12 The Club does not guarantee that the team for any particular match will necessarily only be selected from the Club’s regular first team players. The team manager may consider it desirable on occasions to omit regular first team players and select the team from the full playing squad.
4.13 No guarantees can be given by the Club that a match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any match or, if necessary, play the match out of view of the public, without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Your Season Ticket will, unless the match is required to be played out of view of the public, enable you to attend the re-arranged match if it is one of your pre-paid nineteen (19) Premier League games and/or one of your pre-paid seven (7) Relevant Cup Matches. The dates and kick-off times of all matches are subject to revision and change due to TV coverage or other circumstances. For up to date information, please visit the Website or ring the Arsenal Contact Centre (Tel: +44 (0) 20 7619 5000). The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel or accommodation costs.
5. Duplicate/replacement tickets
5.1 If the Ticket Holder has forgotten the Season Ticket, or otherwise cannot produce it, a duplicate match day card or ticket may be obtained by the Ticket Holder, at the Club’s discretion, upon payment by the Ticket Holder of a non-refundable administration fee of £10.00 at the Club’s match day ticket office. The Club reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or withdraw this duplicate ticket facility for any particular match or matches without notice.
5.2 The Club is not responsible for any Season Ticket which is lost, stolen, defaced, damaged or destroyed. If the Season Ticket is lost, stolen, defaced, damaged or destroyed, the Club may, subject to the Conditions, and in its discretion, issue a replacement season ticket to the Ticket Holder upon payment by the Ticket Holder of a non-refundable fee of £10.00.
6. Other tickets
6.1 If, during the Season, the Club qualifies for any of the following:
(A) the FA Cup Semi-Final or Final;
(B) the Football League Cup Semi-Final (Away Leg) or Final; or
(C) the Semi-Final (Away Leg) or Final of a UEFA Competition,
details on how the Ticket Holder may apply for a ticket (or tickets) for such match will be made available by the Club on the Website and, where practicable, in advance in the Club’s home match day programme. Where possible, subject to the Club’s overall ticket allocation for such fixture, the Ticket Holder will be allocated one ticket in respect of the Season Ticket. However, the Club cannot guarantee that any such allocation will be made.
6.2 No preference can be given to the Ticket Holder in respect of any matches played at the Emirates Stadium in which the Club is not participating.
7. Use of concessionary tickets
7.1 Concessionary priced Season Tickets may only be used by persons that qualify for such Season Tickets, as follows:
(A) “Junior Gunner” Season Tickets may only be used by persons who will be aged 4 to 16 at 31 August of the relevant Season.
(B) “Cannon Club” Season Tickets may only be used by persons who will be aged 17 or 18 at 31 August of the relevant Season.
(C) “Senior Citizen” Season Tickets may only be used by persons who will be aged sixty five or over at 31 August of the relevant Season.
7.2 Any person entering, seeking to enter or having entered the Emirates Stadium with a concessionary priced Season Ticket in circumstances where such person is not entitled to such concession will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Emirates Stadium and will have the Season Ticket withdrawn. In such case, no refund will be given to the Ticket Holder in respect of any games remaining in the Season.
8. Family Enclosure Policy for Gold Members
8.1 Within the Family Enclosure the following additional terms must be adhered to by Users at all times:
(A) The Family Enclosure is restricted to members only.
(B) All Users must show their membership card to an Arsenal member of staff/stewards upon request. Other photographic identification and evidence of the date of birth of the User may also be requested and, if requested, must be shown to the Arsenal member of staff/steward.
(C) Ticket Holders who are Gold adult members are only permitted to be in the Family Enclosure if they are accompanying a Gold Junior Gunner. A maximum of 2 Gold adult members are permitted to accompany each Junior Gunner.
(D) If a Ticket Holder who is an adult Gold member wishes to attend a match in the Family Enclosure without accompanying a Junior Gunner, then the Ticket Holder must contact the Arsenal Contact Centre (Tel.: +44 (0) 207 619 5000) for advice on the correct procedure prior to the relevant match. Failure to make contact with the Club prior to the date of the fixture may result in the Season Ticket being confiscated and/or the User being ejected from the Emirates Stadium. The Club regrets that it is unable to deal with any requests or enquiries of this nature on the day of a fixture.
9. Unavailability of seats
9.1 The Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allocate to the Ticket Holder, on a temporary basis, an alternative seat anywhere in the Emirates Stadium, including (but without limiting the circumstances when that discretion may be exercised):
(A) when the stand or part of the stand in which the Season Ticket seat allocated is located is closed for repairs, maintenance or re-building; or
(B) to comply with the requirements of the FA, Premier League or UEFA in respect of any home fixture played in the Premier League or Relevant Cup Match; or
(C) when the visiting club is allocated the entire or any part of the stand at the Emirates Stadium usually occupied by the Ticket Holder; or
(D) when the Club, the police or any other relevant authority otherwise considers it desirable in the interests of safety, crowd control or other Club requirements to re-allocate the seat.
9.2 As far as possible, details of any home matches at which there will be a re-allocation of the seat to which the Season Ticket applies will be notified on the Website and, where practicable, in advance in the Club’s home match day programme.
10. Undertakings and acknowledgements of the Ticket Holder
10.1 The Ticket Holder shall, and shall procure that each other User shall, at all times:
(A) use the Emirates Stadium in a proper and lawful manner and not so as to cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to the Club or any other person (including any other spectators or visitors to the Emirates Stadium or local residents) or to render void or voidable, in part or whole, any insurance maintained by the Club in respect of the Emirates Stadium;
(B) ensure that no part of Emirates Stadium to which the Ticket Holder or any User may be granted access are damaged (fair wear and tear excepted); and
(C) comply with all of the rules and regulations imposed by the Club from time to time in respect of admission to, and attendance at, Emirates Stadium, including, without limitation, the Ground Regulations.
10.2 The Season Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition nor transferred, assigned, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package, or used for any other commercial purpose, save as expressly authorised by the Premier League or the Club.
10.3 The Ticket Holder shall indemnify the Club against all costs, charges, claims, expenses, demands and liabilities suffered or incurred by it as a result of any breach by the Ticket Holder or any User of these Conditions or any other terms and conditions, rules, laws or regulations applicable to entry to Emirates Stadium.
10.4 The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Season Ticket is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, and such sale or disposal is also illegal under the terms of section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that a Season Ticket has been sold illegally and will press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. In addition, if a Ticket Holder or User is convicted of a ticket touting offence, or the Club reasonably suspects that a Ticket Holder or User has committed a ticket touting offence, we will notify the Premier League who may in turn notify other Premier League clubs, Football Authorities and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that the Club shares with such bodies and persons may include personal details about the Ticket Holder and/or the User, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details) and, to the extent necessary, you consent to our use of your data for such purposes. The Club will also use this and other information to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and to prevent disorder at matches. If a Ticket Holder or User has any queries about this, the Ticket Holder or User may contact the Arsenal box office.
10.5 By entering the Ground, all persons acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings and/or stills taken from those video recordings may be taken of them and may also be used in televised coverage of the game or by the Club and/or any Football Authority in perpetuity, by way of any present or future media, for any purpose deemed reasonable by the Club, including, without limitation, for marketing or promotional purposes. Entry into the Ground is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image unless the Club is notified in writing to the contrary. If any images should feature an individual prominently the Club will make reasonable efforts to gain the consent of that person before publishing such image. However, if this is not possible, then entry into the Ground shall be deemed consent unless the Club is notified in writing to the contrary.
10.6 If a Ticket Holder or a User is not 16 years old or over, his/her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are also responsible for his/her actions, conduct and compliance with these Conditions.
10.7 Any User, acting alone or with others, whose conduct, or incitement of others, results in disciplinary action being taken against the Club by FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association or the Premier League, shall be jointly and severally liable to the Club for any loss the Club thereby suffers. The User shall also be jointly and severally liable to the Club for any loss the Club suffers as a result of the behaviour of a third party gaining access to a match using the ticket with the User’s permission.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 Whilst we try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our website are correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or nature of the ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund (including booking fees).
11.2 Neither the Premier League nor the Club shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Match caused by virtue of (i) the position of the seat and/or (ii) the actions of other spectators.
11.3 The Club hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Club or for the Club’s fraud.
11.4 Except as otherwise set out in these Conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Club shall not have any liability in respect of any failure to carry out, or any delay in carrying out, any matter in respect of these Conditions, including admitting any User or their Guest(s) to the Emirates Stadium for a particular match, caused by any circumstances outside the Club’s reasonable control.
12. Default and suspension and/or termination of Season Tickets
12.1 Any Season Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Conditions and the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Season Ticket shall be nullified. Misuse of the Season Ticket, or any other ticket to a Match issued to the Ticket Holder by the Club, may result in the User being refused entry to, or ejected from the Emirates Stadium in respect of a particular match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of the Season Ticket.
12.2 The Season Ticket may be suspended, withdrawn and/or cancelled without the payment of any refund to the Ticket Holder, in the event that:
(A) the Ticket Holder is under investigation by the Police, charged, cautioned or found guilty of any football related offence anywhere in the world, is ejected and/or banned from the Emirates Stadium or any other sports stadium anywhere in the world or breaches any of the Conditions; or
(B) prior to or whilst the User is using the Season Ticket, the User is under investigation by the Police, charged, cautioned or found guilty of any football related offence anywhere in the world, is ejected and/or banned from the Emirates Stadium or any other sports stadium anywhere in the world or breaches any of the Conditions.
12.3 The Club will not tolerate racial, homophobic or discriminatory abuse in any form. The Club wants the atmosphere at the Emirates Stadium to be welcoming to all who attend its games. Any User who is caught abusing a player or any other individual in the Emirates Stadium will face arrest and prosecution by the police and a lengthy ban from the Club. In addition, the Season Ticket will be immediately withdrawn and no refund will be given.
12.4 The User must remain in his/her seat while the game is in progress or when requested to do so by a steward, security officer or other Club official. The User acknowledges that persistent standing while play is in progress is strictly forbidden and may result in ejection from the Emirates Stadium and the suspension, withdrawal or cancellation of the Season Ticket.
12.5 The User must immediately surrender the Season Ticket upon request by a Club official or a police officer.
12.6 In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this paragraph 12, no refund shall be payable to the Ticket Holder in respect of any unexpired portion of the Season Ticket. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal and/or disciplinary action against any persons as it sees fit in connection with such matters including a claim for an account of profits made from an unauthorised use of the Season Ticket.
12.7 In the event that the Season Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled, the Club reserves the right also to exclude the Ticket Holder from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify the Ticket Holder from applying for any match ticket or season ticket at its discretion.
13. Sale, assignment and third party rights
13.1 Season Tickets are issued for the Ticket Holder’s sole use. All rights of the Ticket Holder with respect to the Season Ticket are personal to the Ticket Holder and shall cease upon the death of the Ticket Holder.
13.2 The Ticket Holder may only offer for sale, sell, resell, assign, transfer or lend any part of the Season Ticket or any benefit of it in accordance with paragraphs 13.3 and 13.4 below.
13.3 The Ticket Holder may offer for sale, sell or resell any part of the Season Ticket or any benefit of it through the Ticket Exchange, or any other mechanism for the resale, gift or transfer of Season Tickets that the Club may put in place from time to time.
13.4 The Ticket Holder may assign, transfer or lend the Season Ticket or any benefit of it to a Guest with the express written consent of the Club. Such consent may be withheld at the Club’s absolute discretion and may be given by the Club before or after any such assignment, transfer or lending. However, no such consent will be given for an assignment, transfer or lending of a Season Ticket except where the same takes place in respect of an individual match and in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of a ticket to that match and does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business.
13.5 Any assignment, transfer or lending in accordance with paragraphs 13.3 and 13.4 above is hereby provided as subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to offer for sale, resale, assignment, transfer or lending of the Season Ticket) apply to the User as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Season Ticket and the Ticket Holder must inform the User of this.
13.6 Any reference in these Conditions to reselling the Season Ticket includes reference to offering to sell a Season Ticket (including, without limitation, via an online auction website), exposing a Season Ticket for sale, making a Season Ticket available for sale by another and advertising that a Season Ticket is available for purchase.
13.7 Notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions and with the exception of FIFA, UEFA, The FA, the Premier League and the Football League, no other person other than you or the Club has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of these Conditions. Nothing in these Conditions shall affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available other than as a result of the aforementioned Act.
14. Disabled Members
14.1 Disabled Members must bring their current Season Ticket with them to every home match. A disabled Member’s carer/companion must also bring their relevant membership card with them to every home match.
14.2 Carers/companions must NOT attend matches on their own or with any non-disabled person. If a Disabled Season Ticket Holder is unable to attend a match please notify the Disability Liaison Team as soon as possible so that we can sell or donate such Ticket Holder’s place to another disabled supporter, a charity or local disability organisation.
14.3 Disabled Season Ticket Holders must also bring their Disabled Supporters Registration Card (the white photo ID card) with them to every home match.
14.4 Please note that stewards and Club staff will be carrying out checks on all Ticket Holders. All proven abuses of the disabled supporter’s concessionary scheme will be dealt with severely and will result in the loss of your Season Ticket. It may also result in criminal prosecution.

15.1 The Club reserves the right to make changes to any of the Conditions referred to herein. Such changes will be notified to the Ticket Holder by being put on display at the Emirates Stadium and on the Website.
15.2 The Ticket Holder should notify any change of Address to the Club immediately either:
(A) by using the on-line facility on the Website by logging onto www.arsenal.com/membership; or
(B) in writing to the Arsenal box office. The Ticket Holder should quote his/her membership number in any correspondence with the Club.
If any provision of these Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Conditions in that jurisdiction or the validity or enforceability of that or any other provision of these Conditions in any other jurisdiction.
17. Entire agreement
These Conditions constitutes the whole and only agreement between the Club and the Ticket Holder in respect of the subject matter of these Conditions and supersedes and extinguishes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings or arrangements between the Club and the Ticket Holder relating to the subject matter of these Conditions.
The Club’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these Conditions, the documents referenced herein or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.
19. Governing Law
These Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Schedule 1 – Glossary
In these Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
“Address” means the address of the Ticket Holder provided to the Club upon application (or such other address notified by the Ticket Holder to the Club in accordance with the Conditions);
“ASMCL” means Arsenal Stadium Management Company Limited;
“Club” means The Arsenal Football Club plc;
“Conditions” means the terms and conditions set out in this document (as may be amended from time to time by the Club and notified to the Ticket Holder pursuant to paragraph 9);
“Emirates Stadium” means Emirates Stadium, London N7 7AJ;
“Family Enclosure” means the family enclosure section of the Emirates Stadium;
“Football Authority” means The Premier League, Football Association, the Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA and/or any other relevant governing body of association football;
“Ground” means Emirates Stadium;
"Guest" means a relative, friend, colleague and/or companion to the disabled who would be entitled to purchase a Season Ticket under the Terms & Conditions of Entry;
“Relevant Cup Matches” means any home matches in the FA Cup or a UEFA Competition played by the Club’s men’s first team at the Emirates Stadium during the Season (including any home replays and any matches in the FA Cup or a UEFA Competition played by the Club’s men’s first team which are switched from another team’s ground and played at the Emirates Stadium);
“Season” means the 2012-2013 football season (the season in which the Season Ticket is valid);
“Season Ticket” means the electronic entry card entitling the Ticket Holder to admission to certain home games played by the Club at the Emirates Stadium and includes any alternative card coupon or ticket issued or otherwise made available in accordance with paragraph 4.4 and any replacement card coupon or ticket issued or otherwise made available in accordance with paragraph 5;
“Terms & Conditions of Entry” means each of these Conditions, the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, the Premier League and The Football League (as may be amended from time to time and notified to the Ticket Holder pursuant to paragraph 15.1) and the ground regulations issued by the Club and which are on display at the Emirates Stadium and which can also be obtained on request from the Club (as may be amended from time to time by the Club and notified to the Ticket Holder pursuant to paragraph 14.1);
“Ticket Exchange” means the Club’s authorised ticket resale facility made available by the Club from time to time, which provides an online secure service for holders of Club Season Tickets to exchange tickets to games played by the Club with other members of the Club and, where permitted by the Club from time to time, other supporters of the Club;;
“Ticket Holder” means the person to whom the Season Ticket is issued by the Club or the person to whom it is resold, assigned or transferred in accordance with paragraph 13.3 or 13.4;
“UEFA Competition” means the UEFA Champions League or the UEFA Europa League;
“User” means (i) the Ticket Holder; or (ii) any person to whom the Season Ticket is lent by the Ticket Holder in accordance with paragraphs 13.3 or 13.4;
"Visiting Club" means the football club playing against the Club in respect of the match; and
“Website” means the Club’s website, www.arsenal.com.
