Gold Level Renewals
Who else is entitled to Gold membership?
Gold membership is exclusively available to Season Ticket Holders and will be renewable on an annual basis.
When is the deadline for renewing my gold level membership?
The deadline for renewing a Gold membership has now passed. For reference, the deadline was 1st June 2008.
What happens if I fail to renew my gold level membership?
Unfortunately, you will not receive any ticketing or membership benefits. It will then only be possible to buy tickets if any remain for a general sale after they have been offered to Silver and Red level members. There were no general sales in 2007/08 for Premier League fixtures. If you wish to rejoin in the future you will revert to Red level (or Junior Gunners — for those below the age of 16 on 31st August 2008).
Can I buy additional gold level memberships?
When Gold level memberships become available these are offered to those on the season ticket waiting list. The season ticket waiting list is not a level of membership. You can only hold one membership card per person in order to make the scheme as fair as possible. For example, if someone on the season ticket waiting list is invited to join Gold level membership he or she will be asked to relinquish his/her silver membership should he/she hold this prior to the application being processed. Likewise, if a Red level member is invited to join silver level they can do so only by relinquishing their red level membership.
How will I log-in to benefit to benefit from the online ticket facility and messageboard?

How do I change my details such as email, address or membership password?
Visit the membership website at arsenal.com/membership, log-in using your membership number and existing password and click on the ‘update details’ link. Alternatively call our membership hotline 08448 112 112
