Can I buy tickets if available, on the day I sign up?
Unfortunately your membership only becomes active when you receive your membership card. This takes up to 28 working days. As soon as you have received your card you can begin to purchase match tickets (subject to availability).

Can a member purchase more than one ticket per game with their card?
No as we try to make the scheme as fair as possible and help maximise ticket availability to Red level members.

How do I change my membership details such as email, address or password?
Visit the membership website at www.arsenal.com/membership, log-in using your membership number and existing password and click on the 'update details' link. Alternatively call our membership hotline 0844 ARSENAL.

Does Red Level act as a Silver Level waiting list? If so, what is my position?
Yes, when you reach the top of the Red level you will be contacted and offered a Silver level membership. You can find out your current position on www.arsenal.com/membership. Please note your membership number is randomly generated and does not relate to your position on the list.

When Gold level memberships become available these are offered to those on the season ticket waiting list. The season ticket waiting list is not a level of membership. To join the season ticket waiting list costs £15 which is refunded with your first season ticket purchase.
