Who else is entitled to Gold level membership?
Gold membership is exclusively available to Season Ticket Holders and will be renewable on an annual basis.
When is the deadline for renewing my Gold level membership?
The deadline for renewing a Gold membership is 1st June 2011.
What happens if I fail to renew my Gold level membership?
Unfortunately, you will not receive any ticketing or membership benefits. It will then only be possible to buy tickets if any remain for a general sale after they have been offered to Silver and Red level members.
Can I buy additional Gold level memberships?
When Gold level memberships become available these are offered to those on the season ticket waiting list. The season ticket waiting list is not a level of membership. You can only hold one membership card per person in order to make the scheme as fair as possible. For example, if someone on the season ticket waiting list is invited to join Gold level membership he or she will be asked to relinquish his/her Silver membership should he/she hold this prior to the application being processed. Likewise, if a Red level member is invited to join Silver level they can do so only by relinquishing their Red level membership.
How will I log-in to benefit from the online ticket facility and message board?
Use your password and membership number. If you have not yet logged into the Ticket Hub you will need to activate your account first.
How do I change my details such as email, address or membership password?
Visit the Ticket Hub and log-in using your membership number and existing password and click on the ‘update details' link. A change of address needs to be put in writing to the Admail 4090, London, E1 0ZA or the box office.
When will my membership pack arrive?
If you do not receive your membership pack within 28 working days from placement of order, please telephone and advise the Membership department who will be able to resolve the issue.
