Important Information
Please note that we were unable to activate any membership cards for tickets purchased during the Friends and Family on sale which commenced at 10am on Tuesday 28th March and paper tickets have been sent to the lead client address to gain entry for all completed bookings up until 2:30pm on Wednesday 12th April.
All bookings completed after 3pm on Wednesday 12th April were via the the Arsenal TicketFast facility. This service provides a convenient and secure way of receiving your tickets without waiting for a postal service delivery, by providing supporters the ability to print tickets anytime, anywhere. Each TicketFast ticket will be printed with a unique encrypted barcode, which upon presentation at the turnstile will allow entry. Your tickets will arrive in the second email after completing your booking.
In the unlikely event that supporters who booked during the Friends and Family period do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Tuesday 25th April. The lines are open 09.30am to 17.00pm.
