Paper tickets purchased through the Friends and Family service will be dispatched to the lead client’s registered address. In the unlikely event that supporters do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Monday 30th September 2013. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00.
Any overseas tickets purchased via this service will be posted to the Emirates Stadium and held for collection in the lead client name on the evening of the fixture at the South West Collection Office situated on podium level opposite turnstile S and will be available to collect up to three hours before kick-off.
Please note visiting supporters that purchase a ticket in the home end for this fixture are likely to be ejected from the stadium.
