This fixture is now sold out.

Tickets purchased prior to 11am on Monday 26th September 2011 will have their membership cards activated for this fixture.

Tickets purchased after 11am on Monday 26th September 2011 but prior to 4pm on Thursday 12th October 2011 will be sent paper tickets for this fixture.
Please note that any overseas bookings purchased for this fixture will not be sent out. The tickets will be held for collection at the Arsenal South West Kiosk on podium level opposite turnstile S from 10:30am on the morning of the fixture.
Please note that the Family Enclosure will be mixed with adult supporters for this fixture.

TicketFast FAQ's
Q. How does TicketFast work?
A. Once the Ticketfast service is enabled simply purchase your ticket(s) and shortly after you will receive your Print at Home ticket.

Q. Which email from the Club contains my TicketFast tickets?
A. After successfully purchasing your tickets during the advertised Ticketfast sale period, you will be sent two emails. The first is your order confirmation email. This email only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Shortly after, you will receive a second email containing your TicketFast ticket(s) as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print out the ticket(s) for entry into the event.

Q. Do I need any special hardware or software to use Arsenal TicketFast?
A. You probably already have what you need, which is...
A Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (colour or black & white with a resolution of 300 dpi or more) is able to print tickets. Use A4 plain white paper for best results. (If you are unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual)
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.

Q. Will this ticket be accepted for entry to the Emirates Stadium?
A. Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket.
Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket!

Q. What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?
A. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.
Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner within the turnstile will alert the stewards that the ticket has already been used to access the stadium.

Q. What if I cannot print my tickets?
A. Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.
Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.
Make sure your printer has enough memory available, try closing any unnecessary programs.

Q. What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
A. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please telephone the Arsenal Contact Centre on 020 7619 5000.
Q. What if my tickets are stolen?
A. Telephone the Arsenal Contact Centre on 020 7619 5000

Q. What if the background for my tickets prints but not the ticket information ie: event, seats?
A. Try this:
Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Select File and Print from the top menu.
In the printer window check the box that states "Print As Image", then click OK.


Terms and Conditions

TicketFast tickets are subject to the Home Match Terms and Conditions and Ground Regulations of Arsenal Football Club.
Please ensure that you print your ticket(s) before you travel to an event at Emirates Stadium.

The supporter booking the tickets will receive all the tickets booked in one email with a PDF attachment, therefore please ensure that your email address is correct prior to booking tickets.

Each TicketFast ticket must be printed out

Only print one copy of each ticket - any duplicate copies will be invalid and will not be allowed entry via the Access Control System.

Please keep your TicketFast ticket safe and secure, any torn or damaged TicketFast tickets might be rejected by the Access Control system.

Any additional attempts to use a TicketFast ticket which has already been permitted entry to the stadium will be refused entry, even if proof can be provided that the refusal is against the original purchaser and not the person who has already gained admittance to the stadium. Therefore, it is imperative that the person booking the tickets ensures that tickets are sent to the rightful recipients and that the rightful recipients are made aware that any attempts of duplication or fraudulent use will result in all tickets under that confirmation number to be invalidated
