Paper tickets purchased once the Friends and Family sale commences and on General sale will be dispatched to the lead client's registered address . In the unlikely event that members do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) the day before the game. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00.
Please note that we are unable to activate any membership cards once the Friends and Family sale period commences.
Please note when joining the Red membership it can take up to 10 days for your membership card(s) to be processed and dispatched. If you do purchase tickets prior to receiving your Membership card(s), a £10 charge may be levied for each ticket purchased.
Please DO NOT purchase any tickets until you are in receipt of your membership card(s).
