But the game wasn't level for long and Oguzhan Ozyakup restored Arsenal's lead within 60 seconds.
Nathaniel Jarvis bagged Cardiff's second equaliser 10 minutes before the break but late strikes from Zak Ansah and Josh Ree saw Bould's side go home with the points.
