Holders Arsenal had a tough time to reach the last eight of the FA Women's Cup, England winger Rachel Yankey's late goal giving them a 3-2 win against Leeds Carnegie.

Scotland midfielder Jennifer Beattie gave Arsenal a 15th-minute lead, but following an even first half Ellen White equalised eight minutes after the break.

Wales captain Jayne Ludlow restored the Gunners' lead just before the hour and Yankey got the all-important third goal in the 79th minute.

Jess Clarke reduced the arrears three minutes later but, despite further pressure, the visitors were unable to force the tie into extra time.

Arsenal face Doncaster Belles in the quarter-finals.

Revised Quarter-Final draw
