Important Information
If you have booked your tickets after 11am on Friday the 18th September, you will need a paper ticket to gain entry in to the stadium. All tickets are being sent out first class mail if your address is a UK registered address. If you have an overseas registered address, your tickets will be held for collection at our South West Kiosk on podium level, opposite turnstile S from 5pm on the evening of the fixture.
In the unlikely event that your tickets do not arrive by the day of the game, please contact the Arsenal Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from 11am.
Please be aware that your Email confirmation WILL NOT be sufficient to gain entry in to the stadium.
Gold members (Season ticket holders) – Please note that this fixture is counted as the second of the seven FA Cup and/or Champions League games ( Cup tie credits) that are included within the cost of your season ticket. Please note that further information regarding the Cup tie credits will be advertised on Arsenal.com and also in match day programmes.
Please be aware that for Champions league fixtures, Arsenal FC are contractually obliged to supply UEFA and the visiting club a number of tickets for media/sponsors/VIP requirements. In the following areas; Block 113 & Block 114 which are normally reserved for home supporters.
Please note that Block 26, 27 and 28 will be mixed with Family Enclosure Members and Adult supporters for this fixture.
