The Arsenal TicketFast facility provides a convenient and secure way of receiving your tickets without waiting for a postal service delivery, by providing supporters the ability to print tickets anytime, anywhere. Each TicketFast ticket will be printed with a unique encrypted barcode, which upon presentation at the turnstile will allow entry.

Paper tickets purchased via the Friends and Family service or on General sale between 10am on Thursday, May 17, 2018 to 10:30am on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 will be dispatched to the lead member’s registered address from July 2018 unless stated otherwise.

Members who purchase tickets before 10am on Thursday, May 17, 2018 will have their Membership card(s) activated (unless otherwise stated) & will be sent a confirmation email including the seat details. 

Please note the safety policies in place at Emirates Stadium concerning children under 14 years of age attending fixtures.  For further details please click here. Children who are under 14 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium.

Children aged between 0-3 are not permitted to sit in the following rows when attending fixtures at Emirates stadium;
