Vic Akers OBE

Having spent 22 years in charge of the first team - during which time the side won an incredible 32 major honours, Vic Akers is now the Honorary president of Arsenal Ladies.

A true pioneer in women’s football, he led the Gunners to the UEFA Women’s Cup (now Champions League) in 2006/07 - the first English side to win it.
