Vic Akers OBE
Vic took an upstairs position at Arsenal Ladies three years ago, having spent 22 years in charge of the first-team - during which time the side won an incredible 32 major honours.
A true pioneer in women’s football, he led the Gunners to the UEFA Women’s Cup (now Champions League) in 2006/07 - the first English side to win it.
