Laura assumed control of the first-team midway through the 2009/10 season, guiding it to the last-ever Women’s Premier League title just months later.
A year later, she steered it to an FA Cup final triumph, also seeing the side reach the Semi-Finals of the Women’s Champions League.
She originally joined the Gunners in 2008 as first-team coach, working alongside Vic Akers and then Tony Gervaise.
Away from Arsenal, she is assistant coach for England’s Under-19s.
Laura previously spent six years in various roles at Birmingham City.
