John Bayer

John joined Arsenal’s Centre of Excellence (COE) in 2008 after being Football Development Officer for The Amateur Football Alliance.

A UEFA ‘A’ Licence coach who is also an FA Coach Educator and an FA Generic Tutor Training Tutor, John has won the FA Talent Identification Award and holds the FA Academy Managers’ Licence.

His main roles at Arsenal Ladies involve directing operations at the Arsenal Ladies Centre of Excellence and implementing the Technical and Physical Programme for the COE.
