Clare Wheatley

Now an Arsenal Ladies institution, Clare has been in her current role for six years since ending a glittering playing career for the Club.

She won 14 major honours, playing mainly as a wing-back, as Arsenal became the leading force in English women’s football.

She now plays a key role in day-to-day operations, arranging fixtures, venues and logistics covering everything from the first-team to the Academy and the Centre of Excellence.
