An Arsenal Ladies institution, Clare has occupied her current role for six years - having spent a successful decade as a player for the Club.
She won 14 major honours during that time, playing largely as a wing-back, as the Club rose to become the predominant force in English women’s football.
She now plays an integral part in the Gunners’ day-to-day operations over a vast spectrum - arranging fixtures, venues and all kinds of other logistics from the first-team to the Academy and the Centre of Excellence.
