FAQ’s
Q. What is Young Guns?
A. Young Guns is part of the offi cial Junior Gunners membership for both boys and girls from 12 years of age to and including 16 years of age (16 years or younger on 31st August 2009).
Q. Why has the existing Junior Gunners membership been divided into three different memberships?
A. We have asked existing members for feedback and from that have decided to divide the Junior Gunners into three different age groups with a separate souvenir pack which is suited to each age group.
Q. Can I buy tickets for a game?
A. Yes, as a Young Guns member you can apply for yourself or with a Silver level member two calendar months in advance of a fi xture or one month before if applying with a Red member (subject to availability and timescales). A maximum of two adult Silver / Red members can accompany one JG into the Family Enclosure.
Q. Do I get access to discounted tickets?
A. Yes, tickets in the Family Enclosure are at a discounted rate (subject to availability and timescales). You must fi rst try to purchase tickets in the Family Enclosure and can only buy tickets outside of this area at full price once the Enclosure has sold out. Your membership card (when activated by a ticket purchase)
will allow entry to Emirates Stadium electronically. To ensure easy entry to the stadium it is advisable to carry some other photocopied form of ID on you at all times. Q. When will my Young Guns pack and membership card arrive?
A. You will receive your souvenir pack by the end of September 2009. Your existing Junior Gunners membership card will be re-activated in time for the start of the season.
Q. What happens when I get too old for Young Guns?
A. If you have joined as a Young Gun for two consecutive years between the ages of 14 – 16 you will be offered the choice to be a Cannon Club member. For the season for which you are eligible for Cannon Club you will automatically receive the relevant forms to allow you to upgrade. The Cannon Club still offers discounted family enclosure ticketing rights as well as a membership pack (if you opt for full membership).
