FAQ's

Q. What is Team JGs?
A. Team JGs is part of the official Junior Gunners membership for both boys and girls from four years of age up to and including 11 years of age (11 years or younger on 31st August 2010).

Q. Why has the existing Junior Gunners membership been divided into three different memberships?
A. We have asked existing members for feedback and from that have decided to divide the Junior Gunners into three different age groups with a separate souvenir pack which is suited to each age group.

Q. Can I buy tickets for a game?
A. Yes, a JG can apply for themselves or with a Silver level member two calendar months in advance of a fixture or one month before if applying with a Red member (subject to availability and timescales). A maximum of two adult Silver / Red members can accompany one JG into the Family Enclosure.

Q. Do I get access to discounted tickets?
A. Yes, tickets in the Family Enclosure are at a discounted rate (subject to availability and timescales).
You must first try to purchase tickets in the Family Enclosure and can only buy tickets outside of this area at full price once the Enclosure has sold out. Your membership card (when activated by a ticket purchase)
will allow entry to Emirates Stadium electronically. To ease access it is advisable to carry some other form

Q. When will my JGs pack and membership card arrive?
A. You will receive your souvenir pack by the end of September 2010. Your existing Junior Gunners membership card will be re-activated in time for the start of the season.
