JGs enjoy an experience of a lifetime!

Carling Cup night is Junior Gunners night at Emirates Stadium and some lucky JGs were surprised with a once-in-a-lifetime experience as they went behind-the-scenes after the final whistle at our semi-final, second leg against Ipswich.

The winners - announced at the game - were chosen from every single Junior Gunner at the match and were whisked off to enjoy a sneaky peek of what goes on after a match. Gunnersaurus led the tour, taking them through the tunnel and out to pitch-side where they even got to sit in the Arsenal dugout. But the biggest thrill came when they were joined by two of their heroes, Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshere. Then, just when they thought there could be no more surprises, they bumped into Aston and JB from JLS!

This was just one of many special events for Junior Gunners at the match. Besides this great competition the name of each and every JG at the game was featured in an amazing poster found in the centre of the matchday programme. If you missed out on picking up a programme on the night you can still purchase your copy from any of the Club's official retail stores or by clicking here. Alternatively, download the poster here.

Other treats for JGs at the game included a special visit from Gunnersaurus on the lower tier concourse before the game to give young fans the chance to meet everyone's favourite dinosaur and another 12 lucky Junior Gunners were chosen to form the Junior Gunners Guard of Honour as the teams took to the pitch.
Besides this, our Junior Gunners mascot, James Coston, even got to interview Arsène Wenger before the game!
