JG Kirsten with Gunner
JG winner Kirsten given a day to remember!
Kicking off a season full of great competitions we welcomed lucky winner Kirsten, a Team JG member, to our game with Liverpool at the weekend.
Kirsten won two tickets to the game for her and her dad Joel by sending in a fantastic photo of herself with her new Junior Gunners pack. She even spread the word that she's always ahead of the game by sticking her special JG poster to a tree in her local park!
When Kirsten found out the news she couldn't wait for Saturday to come: "I was so excited when I heard I won the prize. The best part about Saturday was walking up through the tunnel and having my picture taken by the pitch with Gunnersaurus."
As part of her prize she even got choose her favourite song, Katy Perry's 'California Gurls', to be played before the game as the teams warmed up, and she continued: "I was made to feel very special when my name was announced over the speaker and to hear my song played before the match. I have been coming to the Emirates since I was 2 and I always enjoy watching my favourite players like Robin van Persie, so thank you Arsenal FC for giving me this wonderful opportunity."
