Another busy week just gone. All building up to the start of the new Premier League season on Saturday, August 13.
After coming to Emirates Stadium, the roadshow was off again. This time we visited Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury and Bedford shopping centres where we met lots of Arsenal fans and fans from other clubs as well.
Thursday was Members' Day at the stadium. We sent out over 10,000 invitations to Arsenal fans to come and watch the players train. Lots of other events were taking place as well and I was on hand to meet and greet the fans as they arrived.
We also had over 100 Junior Gunners making banners and composing songs for the players, who they later met and got some autographs.
Unfortunately, because of the weather conditions, the team picture was postponed to a later date. O2 were here with the O2 cannon and, after training, I fired a few tee-shirts into the crowd.
Also had lots of pictures taken, it was great to see all my old friends after the summer break - I met up with Theo and Robin.
Straight after Members' Day I was off to Boreham Wood for our Ladies' game against Lincoln City. About 300 fans turned up to see us win 4-0.
We played our last friendly against Benfica on Saturday, losing 2-1. Robin scored our goal.
