Wow - It’s been another hectic couple of weeks for me!
I went along to meet lots of fans at the Armoury superstore before the home game against Chelsea on Saturday, September 29. After that I went to greet the teams. Chelsea won the game, but I thought we deserved more from it. We had a lot of possession but ended up losing 2-1.
The next day I went to watch Arsenal Ladies lift the Women’s Super League trophy after beating Doncaster Rovers Belles at Meadow Park. The game was shown live and I entertained the fans before kick off. I had lots of fun and there were big celebrations after the game.
On Wednesday, October 3, it was back to Emirates Stadium for our Champions League game against Olympiacos. I met the players and officials and also popped back to the Armoury for a quick visit. The game finished 3-1 to Arsenal, and we have won both our Champions League games so far. How good is that?!
I was back at the Emirates the next day to take part in a meet and greet session for a hospitality function.
Then, on Saturday, October 6, I watched our away game against West Ham on television at the Emirates. We played really well and came from a goal down to win 3-1. Olivier, Theo and Santi all scored and the whole team played really well.
That’s all for now,
Big hugs
Gunner
