Saturday, April 21
It was an early kick-off against Chelsea, so I was all ready to go for a busy day at starting at 10am. My first stop was pitchside to have some pictures taken with our competition winners. While I was there, I was privileged to meet the lead singer of a band called Ash! They will be the warm-up act for the Coldplay concert at Emirates Stadium in June. He seemed very impressed with my dance moves and thought it might be a good idea if I made an appearance on stage during the concert. How fun that would be!

After all the excitement, I went to the players entrance where I met up with some former players. It was good to see Mr Arsenal, Tony Adams, along with Alan Smith and Kenny Sansom. As normal on a match day I got to greet the teams when they arrived with the day's mascot. The game was slightly disappointing as we ended up with a 0-0 draw. Before I headed home I had a birthday request so I popped into the Diamond Club to say happy birthday to a seven-year-old fan.

Thursday, April 26
Arsenal Ladies had a match at Emirates Stadium against Chelsea. They asked me to come along to entertain the crowd before kick-off. Over 5,000 fans greeted me and as many of them were children I posed for lots of pictures. I also went out at the half-time interval to give away sweets and mini footballs! Laura Harvey's side won 3-1 with goals from Katie Chapman and two from Kim Little.

Friday, April 27
Did anyone watch the quiz show Eggheads on BBC 2? If you did, you would have seen a contestant having to answer a question about club mascots.

The question was: Which of the following three teams have a mascot called Fred the Red? The three possible answers were: Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal. The contestant immediately discounted Manchester United and Arsenal and went for Liverpool, which was obviously wrong! The host Dermot Murnaghan, who is an Arsenal fan, then went on to talk about Gunnersaurus being the best mascot. Daphne from the Eggheads agreed!

Saturday, April 28
It was a difficult trip away as we headed to Stoke City. It ended in a creditable 1-1 draw, with RVP back on the scoresheet. It was good to see him net that goal! We have just two more games now until the end of the season. Hopefully we will see Robin get the golden boot too! Next up is Norwich, our last home game of the season.

I have lots more coming up in the next few weeks that I can’t wait to tell you about.
