Before our game at Loftus Road this afternoon, I took part in our annual event ‘Be a Gunner Be a Runner’ for our charity of the season, Save the Children. Over 400 adults and 350 youngsters completed 10 and two laps of the Emirates Stadium respectively. In addition we had events taking place in 20 different countries simultaneously! I warmed up the crowd and went through some stretches to get everyone warmed up and ready for the start signal. Several Arsenal staff members took part as well. It was a great morning, but the afternoon was tough at Loftus Road with the boys going down 2-1. The game was screened live back at the stadium so I joined all our fans there upon their arrival.

Today I popped down to Boreham Wood FC for a roadshow with the FA and Herts FA. The aim was to get more girls involved in women’s football and promote the WSL's second season. Over 250 girls of all ages attended, with Faye White and many of the Arsenal Ladies present to show their support. I met all the participants and posed for lots of pictures. Sky TV and ITV were there too so you might have spotted me on TV later in the evening!

Another early start for me today. I went to the training ground for an O2 competition event and met the 50 winners as they arrived. We started the day with an Indoor Gym session with Martin Keown and Ray Parlour for some football fun. Afterwards we went outside to watch the first team train and Mr Wenger came over to have a chat with us. He answered all our questions and had a group picture with some of the players. After lunch the players came by to sign a few autographs.

Our shops at the stadium were closed today, so I went down to the Finsbury Park store to meet fans coming to the match against Manchester City. When I came back to the stadium it was time to take some pictures with competition winners, before I waited with the mascots to meet the players as they arrived. At half time it was 0-0 and time to meet up with the Easter Bunny to hand out eggs and sweets to the crowd. With minutes remaining, Mikel Arteta scored a wonderful goal to give us a well deserved 1-0 victory and 3threemore points. Straight after the final whistle I was off to celebrate with the fans outside the Armoury Superstore.

This morning I had to be at the training ground for a Junior Gunner Coaching Academy Day. Over 50 Lucky Junior Gunners spent the morning going through various routines with the coaching staff. I was on hand to lend moral support and of course pose for lots of pictures! We played Wolverhampton Wanderers in the evening, winning 3-0 with goals coming from Robin (a cheeky penalty), Theo and Yossi. A great day for Arsenal!

I went back to Boreham Wood today for Arsenal Ladies' semi-final first leg Champions League game against Frankfurt Ladies from Germany. I had a great time and entertained the crown before kick-off. We lost the match 2-1, letting in a goal in added time. Highlights of the game were shown later in the evening on Eurosport so you may have spotted me on TV again!

Today we had a Premier League match against Wigan. We had lota of special visitors tonight at Emirates Stadium so we all met the players of both teams as they arrived. After that, many fans were waiting to get a high five or picture with me. The game got off to a bad start with us conceding two early goals, and although Thomas headed us back in to the game we didn’t manage to get the equaliser.

Let’s all get behind the team when we play Chelsea on Saturday. Keep the faith!

Big hugs from Gunner
