It's been another great few weeks for Arsenal and here's what I've been up to.

Saturday, October 19,2013
Arsenal 4-1 Norwich City
When I got to Emirates Stadium I met the Arsenal and Norwich mascot’s and we watched the players arrive before heading off to pitch side to greet the fans. The boys got off to a good start with Jack scoring one of the best team goals you will ever see, we then went onto win the game comfortably which kept us top of the Premier League. After the match I went pitch side again to meet the Danish, Polish and Czech supporters clubs who were then met by Nicklas Bendtner and Wojciech Szczesny. While I was pitch side the rapper Lethal Bizzle was doing a TV interview so I joined In. It later was shown on Match of the Day Two. Did anyone see it? I was really cool and great fun.

Arsenal 1-2 Borussia Dortmund
It was Champions league night tonight but a late goal denied us of a point that we deserved. Before kick-off, I met the teams before running into one of my all time favourite Arsenal players Jens Lehmann who was here working for TV. I still have a signed shirt and football boots that Jens gave me when he was playing.

Crystal Palace 0-2 Arsenal
Today’s game was an early kick-off and on TV so it was great to get all three points before our rivals had played. Mikel and Olivier got the goals. Did you see the Palace mascot and a real Eagle flying around the ground before kick-off? Later in the afternoon I went to a wedding reception for two of our supporters who tied the knot. I spent a lot of time dancing and posing for pictures had a great time.

Today I met over 200 young students who were sitting exams at the stadium as they received their awards and certificates I was on-hand to pose for pictures. For a lot of the boys and girls it was the first time they had been to the Emirates Stadium so everyone was very excited.

Arsenal 0-2 Chelsea
Despite having most of the possession we went out of the Capital One Cup with two defensive errors which was very disappointing. I met the Arsenal and Chelsea players before kick-off then had a walk around the pitch greeting some of the 9,000 Chelsea fans who were at the game.

I Had to be at the training today to meet 50 Junior Gunners who had won a special day training with our Soccer School coaches in the indoor Gym. As well as the skills session, they had a tour of the training ground, lunch and a quiz as well as lots of pictures with me. We also had a visit from Mathieu Flamini who was there doing some fitness training.

Arsenal 2-0 Liverpool
A goal each from Santi Cazorla and Aaron Ramsey saw off Liverpool today to keep us top of the Premier league. It was good to see Kolo Toure again, but I was glad to see him on the losing side.

Went to Islington Town Hall today for a Firework Awareness day with boys and girls from local schools displaying pictures they had drawn to remind us how dangerous fireworks can be.

Borussia Dortmund 0-1 Arsenal
Not many people gave us much of a chance against Dortmund at their home ground but yet again another fine performance and goal from Aaron Ramsey gave us the three crucial points we needed to help us qualify for the next stages of the Champions League. It was a fantastic atmosphere inside the stadium and you could hear all the noise on TV as well as the Arsenal fans.

Arsenal Ladies had a their own Champions League game today against Glasgow City at Barnet’s new stadium. So I went along to meet all the fans. The Ladies won 3-0 to give them a healthy lead to take into the return leg the following Wednesday

Manchester United 1-0 Arsenal
A very disappointing first half with Robin scoring off his shoulder from a corner. I thought we deserved a draw after a battling second half performance.

The Ladies won their second leg against Glasgow City 2-3 to win 6-2 on aggregate.

Arsenal 2-0 Marseille
It was another fine victory kept us on top of Group F. Before the match I met Thierry Henry and Robert Pires who were here to watch the game.

Cardiff City 0-3 Arsenal
What a fantastic reception Aaron Ramsey got going back to his old club and scoring two of the goals with Mathieu Flamini getting the other one. It was another superb performance from the boys and it was great to see Theo comeback into the team and set up Aaron's goal.
