Great Britain go in search of a quarter-final place on Wednesday when Uruguay visit the Millennium Stadium.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is expected to keep his place in midfield after an impressive performance in Team GB's 3-1 victory over UAE on Sunday.

Captain Ryan Giggs scored the game's opener, before Scott Sinclair and Daniel Sturridge made sure of all three points to boost Stuart Pearce's side's hopes of progression to the knockout stages.

Minutes so far:
Aaron Ramsey came off the bench with a strong 28-minute cameo against Senegal in Great Britain's opening match of the tournament but won back his place instantly to play the whole of Team GB's win over UAE. He'll be hoping for more of the same again tonight.

Uruguay head into the match with three points after beating UAE, but suffered a 2-0 defeat to Senegal. While a draw would ensure Great Britain's place in the quarter-finals, they will be going for a win against a Uruguay side who must claim maximum points if they are to progress.

Up front for Uruguay will be Liverpool striker Luis Suarez and highly-rated Napoli forward Edinson Cavani - although neither are yet to score in the competition.
