During half-term this week, we took 50 lucky Junior Gunners aged between seven and 16 to London Colney on Tuesday, October 28.
The day was packed full of activities, including a tour of the training ground with a sneak peek of where the players, coaches, and Arsenal staff work on a daily basis. Their tour also included an exclusive look at the pitches, gym, medical centre and changing rooms.
After learning all about everything that goes on at Colney, the JGs were treated to a Premier League footballer's lunch in the media centre. This was followed by an Arsenal Soccer Schools coaching session and matches, which gave them plenty of time to play football on the same pitches that their heroes train on!
The JGs also ran into a few players including Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott and Serge Gnabry!
