This October half-term we’re offering 12 JGs, aged 11 to 16 years old, the chance to take part in creating and performing an Arsenal themed puppet show to celebrate the Club’s 100 years in Islington.
During this process you will work as a team to devise a story; design and make your own puppets before rehearsing and performing a short play. The performance will be filmed so that you will have a permanent DVD record of your work. The film will also be lodged with Islington and Arsenal Museums and shown at other Junior Gunners events.
To take part in this you need to be available for the full week:
Work shop Dates: Monday 28 – Friday, November 1 2013, from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Location: Arsenal FC and Islington Museum
Performance date: Monday, November 4 from 4.30 – 8.30 pm.
Location: Little Angel Theatre, Islington
Each winner will also get two tickets (one adult & one junior) for the Capital One Cup match against Chelsea on October 29.
