I have a quick shower and that’s about it.

20 minutes or so.

An Audi four wheel drive.

Yes.

Are you usually one of the first in training – or one of the last?
Generally the first!

What do you keep in your locker?
Not that much – my gloves, my iPod and a Polish flag!

On the training pitches do you have any special warm-up routines?
Not really, but before going out there I warm up my shoulders and ankles as a result of recent injuries.

What aspect of training do you enjoy the most?
Shot-stopping – but that’s the same for any goalkeeper.

Apart from me?! Probably Per or Tomas Rosicky.

Who do you tend to sit with at lunch?
Again, Per and Tomas usually.

No – I stay and do a lot of work to keep myself in shape. I’ve changed my approach a lot and now put a lot of extra hours in trying to manage my body better.

I’ll rest up and spend some time with my girlfriend – perhaps watching TV or a movie.

About 10pm – I’m shattered by then!
