Hi, just about recovered from Tuesdays Carling cup match.  I greeted the teams when they arrived at the Stadium and then I visited Club Level and everyone was so excited to see me, as always.  I then made it down to pitchside just before kick-off  to have a kick around on the pitch with the mascot.  I enjoyed the match, the Carling Cup is great fun.  The atmosphere in the stadium is electric and ticket prices are cheaper so it gives more people opportunity to attend a match.  And of course there are loads of kids making lots of noise.

Great result, 2- 0 against West Brom, and it was great to see Carlos Vela back in action.

Sorry for the delay in proving you all with my latest news.  It has been busy, busy since the season has kicked off.

On Saturday at the Wigan match I ventured to the upper tier pre-match, which was great fun. I normally walk around the lower tier before kick-off so it was a nice change and I got to meet a whole lot of new people who normally don’t get the opportunity to have their photo with me.

Great result on Saturday and I’m loving Thomas’s work, amazing player!!!

The Junior Gunner packs have started to be dispatched, they be a little bit delayed due to the postal strikes.

Sorry for the delay, I have only just woken up. Oh what a busy day on Tuesday for me and all the players, but worth every minute!

I started the morning by meeting and greeting the fans who arrived early for Members' day 2009 in the Armoury.

Then I went to meet the lucky Junior Gunners who had won the photo call competition, I stood with the JG winners in the team group photo. I was on my best behaviour as there is lots of important photos to be taken.

After all the important photos had been taken the turnstiles where opened, all the players came out to train. They started with a light jog which I stayed away from and met all the fans in the lower tier. Then they started playing head tennis and they did cross bar challenge which the fans loved. It was Johan who got the cross bar in the end.

Then it was off to the JG Awards, where I met up with all the ball boys and girls from last season, and some very talented and brave award winners. I plan to have a quite weekend and find somewhere warm and dry in the stadium to watch Valencia v Arsenal tomorrow night!

 See you all soon.

I went to Barnet on Saturday, and it was great fun to be back meeting the players and the fans.  And as always the Sun was shining at Barnet FC.  I meet up with my mate Mr Bumble, we both made the front of the programme too!

There where loads of Arsenal Fans to watch Rosicky make his debut after 18 months of being out due to injury.  He lead the team out as Captain for the first half  and received a great reception.

All the lads are off to Austria for their pre-season training today.  But I will be back running around at the Emirates cup in a couple of weeks, making mischief so I will see you there.
