Thomas Cruise
Islington-born Thomas Cruise came to prominence in the 2009/10 season when he was named in the starting line-up for Arsenal's Champions League group stage match against Olympiacos.
The young defender played the entire 90 minutes in Athens, performing admirably at left back.

He signed a contract extension with Arsenal two months later and appeared prominently for the reserves on both the left side and in the centre of defence. Thomas was also an England Under-19 international.
He was part of the FA Youth Cup-winning side of 2009 but struggled to find regular first-team football and joined Carlisle United on loan in the 2010/11 season.
Cruise was released in summer 2011 and joined Torquay United the following year.
