Striker Peter Kyle took the path trodden by few footballers when he joined Arsenal from north London rivals Tottenham in April 1906. By then the Scot had already had no fewer than four clubs including Liverpool, Leicester Fosse and West Ham.
But Kyle's transfer to the red half of north London proved successful. With 21 goals in 52 league appearances, his strike tally would prove vital to Arsenal under the management of Phil Kelso.
