Having started over 100 wartime matches as a 'guest player' for Arsenal during the First World War, Arthur Hutchins joined the Club for £50 from Croydon Common in 1919.
He made his senior debut against Sunderland in September 1919 and became the Gunners' regular left-back later that season.
He remained in the first-team until new arrival Andrew Kennedy displaced him in December 1922.
Hutchins' solitary Arsenal goal came in September 1922 and earned the Gunners a 1-0 home win over Liverpool.
He completed a free transfer to Charlton Athletic in July 1923.
