In our ongoing drive to improve the level of service we offer our fans, we have created the Arsenal Online Supporters Centre. This web based service which will deliver the following benefits:

1. A large, easily accessible knowledge bank of your FAQ questions.

2. A query form system for contacting the club, which will allow us to respond dramatically more promptly and accurately.

This facility will be replacing many of the general email address contacts, which we have identified as an area of frustration for our supporters. The new system will result in a higher level response being received in a shorter time frame.
