Jeff Reine-Adelaide

It didn’t take long for skilful winger Jeff to catch the attention of supporters during his debut season in England.

Signed from RC Lens in summer 2015, the Frenchman impressed on both days of the Emirates Cup and set up the winning goal for Theo Walcott against Wolfsburg.

Jeff Reine-Adelaide Profile

Born January 17, 1998
Champigny-sur-Marne, France
Position: Midfielder
Squad Number: 31
Previous Club(s) RC Lens
Arsenal Debut January 09, 2016

In January 2016 he made his first-team debut, in the home FA Cup win over Sunderland, a few days before his 18th birthday. He featured again for Arsène Wenger's side in the 4-0 win at Hull, also in the FA Cup, and regularly travelled with the first-team throughout the middle of the season.

But it was at youth level where he played the majority of his football. He scored twice for the under-21s, and three times during the run to the FA Youth Cup semi-final.

Technically gifted, creative and quick, the exciting prospect has shown he has all the necessary qualities to play in a number of roles in midfield, though he generally plays on the wing.

Jeff has represented France at under-16, 17 and 18 levels.
