One of the longest serving members of the backroom team, Vic performs his duties as First Team Kit Manager alongside his role with Arsenal Ladies, where, as manger of the first-team, he has achieved phenomenal success.
In all, Islington-born Vic has been with the Club for 22 years, during which time he has held a variety of roles, prior to his current position including Head of the Community Department, Reserve Team Physio and Reserve Team Kit Manager.
A true ‘football man’, Vic was a useful left-back as a player making 129 appearances for Cambridge United in the early 1970s, scoring five goals, followed by a 22-game spell at Watford prior to his highly successful life in the men’s backroom team and Ladies management.
