Paul Johnson

Paul is the very definition of ‘long-serving’, having joined the Club 30 years ago. He originally worked in Arsenal’s Travel Club, managing all aspects of supporters’ travel.

He then moved across to his current role, at the training centre, where he is responsible for first-team travel arrangements as well as meeting all equipment needs.

There is also a coaching element to his work - he can often be seen putting unused substitutes through their paces after the final whistle on matchdays.

This side of his job has developed in recent years - he has now completed all of the various FA coaching qualifications and spent time with the academy department of Colorado Rapids, our partner club in Major League Soccer, during the summer of 2010.
