Coaching Profile

Neal Reynolds

Go

Neal joined the Club in the summer from Norwich City, having spent seven years at Carrow Road as their chief physiotharapist, earning himself an excellent reputation within the game.

Prior to Neal's stint in Norfolk, he had been assistant physio at West Bromwich Albion, and also worked at Oxford United.

Neal's role in the Arsenal medical team will be primarily in rehabilitation and very much Shenley based - it will be Neal who is responsible for the injured players who remain at the training ground whilst other players are away, playing for the first team.

His excellent experience within the game makes him an ideal candidate to join the medical department at a time of change following Gary Lewin's departure.

Neal will be reunited with his new 'boss' Colin Lewin as the pair studied physiotherapy together at Brighton University in the mid 1990s.
