In his 23rd season at the club, Colin is now in his 10th season as the Head of the Gunners' medical department.
Colin has played a huge part in the development of the medical department which has now grown to have two doctors and three physiotherapists working alongside him and a team of massage therapists too.

Always keen to develop and improve the department, Colin has built consultation relationships with nutritionists, research and development experts, podiatrists, yoga teachers and other sports medicine researchers as he strives to ensure that Arsène Wenger's players enjoy the highest calibre of treatment, rehabilitation and conditioning.
This year also saw the seventh Arsenal Medical conference held at the stadium hosted by Colin and Dr Gary O'Driscoll.
Along with Dr O'Driscoll, Colin oversaw the creation and set-up of the state-of-the-art medical centre at the training ground, completed around five years ago and also worked closely with Des Ryan and Shad Forsythe on the development of the new Player Performance Centre unveiled this year.
