Having completed a degree in Sports Coaching and Performance at the University of Hull, Ben went onto join Scunthorpe United as their first-team performance analyst.
He enjoyed two campaigns there before moving on to work for performance analysis providers Prozone. It is from there that he joined Arsenal, initially on a consultancy basis, and then later to occupy his current role of Football Analyst.
His main responsibilities lie with providing Arsène Wenger and the coaching staff with video and statistical analysis relating to team performance, opposition analysis and player recruitment.
