Highbury was very much made up of different sections, each one holding very special memories for many thousands of us Gooners. I was fortunate enough to have stood and sat on all four sides of the great old stadium including the upper, lower or front enclosure wherever relevant.

To continue the gradual attempts to 'Arsenalise' our new abode, the naming of the four sides of the stadium is an important step I feel and the simple and historic names chosen are perfect, especially in this sponsorship-dominated world.

The new clock was unveiled on Saturday and it looks magnificent. The perfect spot to see a quite blistering first-half performance by Theo, the highlight of the three-goal lead we took into the break.

Our visitors certainly looked to play football but were always likely to get a hammering with the combination of our sharpness and the correct, if a little unfortunate decision, to reduce them to ten men.

Three goals at either end then, a hat-trick for Theo and three important points in the bag.

Add in the 3am finish to the personal celebrations and the day has a common theme.

I hope it is a path our season continues to take!
