There are a range of safety and security measures in place at Emirates Stadium on matchday.

To assist us in getting you into the stadium as quickly as possible, please ensure you join the correct search lanes. We have dedicated search lanes for guest with bags, please have your bag open and ready for inspection, stewards will tag your bag once they have checked it. It is important that this tag remains on your bag whilst you are in the stadium. May we remind you that bags must not be left unattended at any time. Please note, only bags that are smaller than A4 in size (small rucksack / handbag) will be permitted into the stadium.

There are a number of items that fans are not able to bring in to Emirates Stadium to ensure the safety of our supporters. Please check the list of prohibited items below before your visit:

Anti-Social Text Service - See Something Say Something

Discriminatory chanting and anti-social behaviour is offensive to all fans and not tolerated at Emirates Stadium. If you witness any form of offensive behaviour, you can report it to a steward or use our ‘See Something, Say Something’ service by texting “Foul” to 67777 together with a description of the incident. We are proud of the diverse nature of our team, our fans and wider community. Thank you for your support.



Keeping Young Fans Safe

Arsenal Football Club are proud to have introduced wristbands for young fans as an additional security measure here at Emirates Stadium. Wristbands are available for home and away supporters and allows parents or guardians to write their child’s seat location and a contact number on the inside of the wristband to aid club safety management team in the event the child gets separated from their party.

In addition we offer plain white wristbands which can be used by any person accompany an ‘adult at risk’ as a discrete way of identifying them should they be separated

For more information and to get a wristband, please speak to a steward or a member of the Fan Information Team on arrival at Emirates Stadium.



Lost Property

If you lose any personal items at Emirates Stadium on a Matchday please contact the Stadium Management department on stadium@arsenal.co.uk Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.



Confiscated Ticket



If your ticket is confiscated on a Matchday, please email confiscatedtickets@arsenal.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)207 619 5000 after midday on the following working day.
