We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Free Digital Membership giving supporters full access to all online video content on Arsenal Player as well as a monthly e-newsletter.
Below is an outline of frequently asked questions about the new free Digital Membership.
How Can I Join Free Digital Membership?
If you have already registered to receive e-newsletters from the Club and are 13 or over, you will be automatically upgraded to Digital Membership and receive a welcome email at the start of the 2013/14 season. If you have not registered to receive any e-newsletters from the Club, from the 14th August 2013 you will be able to join as a Digital Member through a registration form.
Anyone who is under 13 and is a current Arsenal.com registered user, or would like to join as a Digital Member, is required to obtain the prior consent of their parent or guardian and, if such consent is granted, register with their parent’s/guardian’s email address. What do I have access to with Digital Membership?
As a Digital Member you have full access to the Club’s online video service, Arsenal Player, which provides access to:
- highlights and full match replays of all first-team games;
- live audio commentary and post-match phone-ins on our Matchday Show;
- detailed match analysis with ex-Gunner Adrian Clarke in The Breakdown;
- exclusive interviews with Arsène and the first-team players; and
- weekly shows and features including The Clock End, Arsenal 360 and much more.
Plus you will get access to an exclusive monthly Membership e-newsletter. There are two different e-newsletters, one for adults and one for junior Digital Members. Anyone who registers with a date of birth that makes them under 17 will automatically receive the Junior Gunners Digital Members e-newsletter.

Can I register to receive adult and junior e-newsletters?
Anyone under the age of 17 may only register to receive the junior e-newsletter. Anyone 17 or over may receive both e-newsletters but will need to register with two different email addresses.
How much is Digital Membership?
Digital Membership is completely free.
Do I have any ticket access as a Digital Member?
No. Digital Membership provides access to Arsenal Player, e-newsletters and a selection of membership rewards. If you would like access to tickets you need to join as a Lite or Full Member, for further details visit www.alwaysaheadofthegame.com
Who can join as a Digital Member?
Digital Membership is free to all. So wherever you are in the world you can stay one step closer to the Club.
Children can join as Digital Members however anyone who is under 13 must obtain the prior consent of their parent or guardian and, if such consent is granted, register using a parent’s/guardian’s email address. The only information the Club will hold in relation to anyone under 16 is their name and date of birth, along with the email address provided at registration. We will not request any other information through their membership during their time as a Junior Gunner. Their information will not be shared with any third parties and all communication from the Club will be sent to the parent’s/guardian’s email address.
If a child registers as a Digital Member, that child’s parent or guardian can request that the membership is cancelled by emailing email@example.com and providing the email address the child registered with. Their information and the email address will be removed from Arsenal Player and the Club’s database.
How do I login to Arsenal Player as a Digital Member?
If you are a Digital Member you will be able to login using your email address and password. If you ask our website to remember you details on the computer you are using at the time you will not need to login again, unless you delete your cookies.
If you are an existing paying Arsenal Member you will be able to login by using your membership number and password.
How can I login if I have lost my password?
If you are a Platinum, Gold, Silver, Red, Purple or Junior Gunners Member click here, enter in your email address and you will be sent a new password.
If you are a Digital Member click here and enter your email address. You will then be sent a password to your email account.
I have tried to register and it says that I am registered. What should I do?
Please click here and fill in your email address and you will receive an email from us providing you with your new password which will enable you to login.
When you have, make sure that all your information is up-to-date so that you will receive all the benefits. Another reason that this may occur is because you are only allowed to register an email address once. If, for example, you have registered another friend or family member under that email address you will have to register yourself under a new email address. What do I do if I have a problem accessing Arsenal Player?
