FOUNDATION LEARNING
The Arsenal Entry 2 Employment scheme in partnership with Springboard Islington offers a wide range of training and education opportunities in Arsenal in the Community for employment in the leisure industry.
The project targets 16-19 years olds who are not in education, training or employment. The 20-week course offers valuable support and employment opportunities for young people.
Arsenal has made a contribution to the development of in excess of 500 young people through this project and previous employment schemes. Many former participants can still be found around the Club today.

SPORT AND LEARNING
This is a unique project that offers a full time alternative to mainstream education for students in Years 10 & 11 that have been, or are at risk of being excluded from mainstream education.
Using sport as the initial route for engagement, pupils are introduced to a range of academic and sporting qualifications including GCSEs, Sport Leaders Awards and ICT qualifications.
Our partners in this project are Springboard Islington Trust and Cambridge Education @ Islington.
